How many times have you looked at someone’s website before reaching out to them? I mean, that’s what you’re doing right now right? Checking out my work and my brand, before reaching out to me to book your own branding session. Maybe you looked at my website and saw that I’m a fun, bubbly, dog obsessed human, but still got the feeling that I am professional and take my job very seriously, in which case I would say, my headshots and website did it’s job. That’s exactly what your branding session should do.
Someone should be able to look at your website and/or pictures and know whether or not they want to work with you/your company. Maybe you don’t want to come off as fun as I wanted to, but maybe you’re a lawyer who wants a good professional headshot to accompany your website and/or business card, so people can see you, know that you’re professional, and start their trusting relationship with you. I’m not going to tell you what to do, but I will say, I’m not going to hire a lawyer that has a selfie on his business card, I want someone who looks like they know what they’re doing, even before I reach out to hire them.
Why it matters
Your branding session should not only reflect you and your personality, but it should also represent your business and the way you want to show it. One of my favorite headshots was of a lady who wore a dress and suit coat, but once I did full body photos, you could see her fun cowboy boots. This showed her personality while still keeping her, and her business professional in the way she wants it represented. That’s what I want to help you do.

- STEP TWO: BOOK!
Sign your contract + pay session fee to reserve your date!
To officially book your session, you will need to sign the contract and pay the session fee (if required). This will be sent to you in your private client portal, where you can also send any inspiration images or questions.
- STEP THREE: THE SESSION
ENJOY YOUR SESSION!
Your branding session must feel like YOU but also your business, I am here to help you make sure your pictures represent both. In the days leading up to your session, we will confirm start times and locations, especially if we have to take weather into consideration. I am also available for any advice or tips for outfits or any other questions you may have. Once the day has arrived, we will capture all the images we need to make sure your branding session is the best of both you and your business.
- STEP FOUR: GALLERY
View + Dowload Your Gallery
You can expect to see your entire finished gallery in 2-6 weeks. There will be both high resolution images (for any printing/banners/etc) and online resolution images (for your website and social media!). Please make sure to download and back up your images, as your gallery will only say up for 6 months.
Once your prints are in, we will schedule a meeting time for you to pick up and approve your order. All digital packages will be sent via a private download link to your email within 48 hours of purchasing.
